Analog in Jigoku is a concept album, attempting to merge noise, glitch sounds, and uncommon noises with soulful bossa nova inspired beats. It’s about an analog or electronic journey through the traditional realm of the dead in Japanese mythology, with tracks juxtaposing chaotically as the listener progresses through to their destination. Mixing the afterlife with technology, the sacrosanct with the profane, I wanted to create a unique vision for whoever listened and push what appeared as common in music.
